Fixes #54

Adds the Crystal toolchain to the runner image using the floating docker.io/crystallang/crystal:1 tag.

Copied from the Crystal image into the build target:

/usr/bin/crystal (statically linked)
/usr/bin/shards
/usr/lib/crystal (libgc.a)
/usr/share/crystal (stdlib sources)

A crystal --version check was added to the version-print step.

Rebased PR #55 onto current master and force-pushed.

Resolved the conflicts caused by the Deno removal on master: the Deno COPY/ENV DENO_DIR block and deno --version check were dropped, keeping only the Crystal additions (COPY --from=crystal ... block and RUN crystal --version).
Squashed the follow-up "add 'Copy Crystal' header" commit into the main commit since the header was already included in the resolved conflict.
Branch pi/issue54-1791943921739 now contains a single commit e477852 feat: add Crystal toolchain on top of b365ca6 chore: remove Deno from runner image.
